This policy explains how UpGrow Academy LLP (GSTIN 32AAIFU6150D1ZG), which runs Upgrow SalesFlow ("SalesFlow", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal data on www.upgrowsalesflow.com and in the SalesFlow app. Our address is Kariyambadi, Wayanad, Kerala 673591, India.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email and business details when you register, contact us, book a demo or message us on WhatsApp.
- Account and billing details: your plan, users, invoices and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we do not store them.
- Usage data: pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools (see our cookie policy).
- Leads you store in SalesFlow: the lead data you and your team add or connect. You control this data; see "Your leads" below.
How we use it
- To create and run your account, and to provide support.
- To process payments and send invoices.
- To reply when you contact us, including on WhatsApp and phone.
- To measure and improve our website, app and ads.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your leads
Leads you store in SalesFlow belong to you. We process them only to provide the service on your instructions, for example to show them to your team, send reminders, or send lead status to Meta when you turn on the Conversions API integration. We do not use your leads for our own marketing.
Who we share data with
- Service providers that help us run SalesFlow: hosting, payment processing, analytics and messaging.
- Meta, Google, Microsoft (Clarity) and Hotjar, for analytics and advertising measurement, only as described in our cookie policy.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep data
We keep your account data while your subscription is active. After your subscription ends, your account and its data stay available for 30 days so you can renew or export, and are then deleted, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@upgrowsalesflow.com. You can also change cookie choices at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited staff access to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Grievance officer
Our Grievance Officer is Fahadul Hisam, reachable at info@upgrowsalesflow.com. We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and try to resolve them within 15 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
