Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial first
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial, so you can test SalesFlow with your own leads before you pay.
Refunds
All payments for SalesFlow subscriptions, monthly or annual, are non-refundable. This includes partly used billing periods.
How to cancel
- Go to Billing in the SalesFlow app and cancel your subscription, or
- email info@upgrowsalesflow.com or WhatsApp +91 95393 29267 and we will help you.
What happens after you cancel
Your account stays active until your next renewal date, and you will not be charged again. After that, your account and data are kept for 30 days so you can come back or export your leads, and are then deleted.
