Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Upgrow SalesFlow, a lead management software service run by UpGrow Academy LLP (GSTIN 32AAIFU6150D1ZG), Kariyambadi, Wayanad, Kerala 673591, India. By creating an account or using SalesFlow, you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your login private.
  • You are responsible for what your users do in your account.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract on behalf of your business.

Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, choose a paid plan to keep using SalesFlow.

Plans and billing

  • SalesFlow is billed per user, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our pricing page. GST is charged extra.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
  • We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Billing inside the SalesFlow app, or by emailing or messaging us on WhatsApp for help. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and does not renew after that.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. Please use the free trial to check SalesFlow suits you. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Your data

You own the leads and data you add. You can export them while your account is active. After your subscription ends, your data is kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Acceptable use

Do not use SalesFlow to send spam, store data you have no right to hold, break any law (including data protection and telecom rules), or try to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.

Third-party services

Integrations such as Meta, WhatsApp API providers and Google Sheets are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes.

Availability and liability

We work to keep SalesFlow running, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost leads.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or has unpaid fees, after notice where possible.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Wayanad, Kerala have jurisdiction.
